Who is responsible?

This website belongs to Din Framvekst AS, organization number 933217507, registered at Gruvegata 9, 8624 Mo i Rana, Norway. Dominique de Kort is your point of contact. For questions about your data, email Dominique@framvekst.no.

If you get in touch

I use your name, contact details and whatever you choose to share to answer your question and discuss a possible assignment. For assignment inquiries, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement. For other business questions, the legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering relevant correspondence.

If you do not become a client, I keep your inquiry and the related emails for up to 90 days after the contact is concluded. If you do become a client, different retention periods apply to assignment and accounting records, including statutory bookkeeping obligations. Those records sit outside the individual website inquiry.

Your message is processed through my email service provider. I do not use inquiries to add you automatically to a newsletter or an advertising audience.

If you visit the website

The website has no contact form, no accounts, no Google Tag Manager and no advertising or analytics code added by me. Fonts and photographs are loaded from the website itself.

Hosting runs on ChatGPT Sites from OpenAI. To deliver and secure the website, the hosting service processes technical request data such as your IP address and information about your browser and the page requested. Sites also provides built-in visitor and page-view statistics. My legitimate interest here is a working, secure website and insight into how it is used.

The hosting uses Cloudflare for security. This may set the security cookie __cf_bm to detect automated abuse. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. You can read more in Cloudflare's cookie information.

OpenAI describes the processing of visitor data in its privacy information for ChatGPT Sites. At launch, Sites does not guarantee that data is processed solely within the EEA. Arrangements for processing, retention and any international transfer follow from the applicable hosting terms and data processing agreements.

On the homepage the Google Partner badge is loaded directly from Google. Google therefore receives technical request data, including your IP address. See Google's privacy policy. Links to other websites open sites with their own privacy policies.

Your rights and questions

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Depending on the processing you can also object, ask for restriction, or request your data in a portable form. Email Dominique@framvekst.no for this. I may ask for information to confirm that the request comes from you.

Do you have a complaint about the processing? You can contact the Norwegian supervisory authority Datatilsynet, or the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.
